We start off Season One with an introduction to the Not Tonight Project. Rachel and Caitlin share how they met, how the project was born, and how their unique friendship led to what feels like "the perfect project partnership"!

They discuss their unique differences as people and how those differences have led to creating a beautiful space where all sorts of women can feel validation, hope and a sense of unity, even in diverse experiences.

They also share the values of the Not Tonight Project, which are:

- Women deserve to feel normal and not alone in their sexual experiences - Sex is connection - Self-compassion is the key to unlocking shame - It’s all about safety - Empowerment of women leads to the empowerment of us all - The path to healing begins in the bedroom

Additionally, Rachel and Caitlin both share an overview of their own sexual transformations, and Rachel tells the audience all about the extensive sex schedule she used to keep!
