S1:E3 | From Desperation to Discovery: Michelle

Certified Mind Rebel Coach Michelle shares with us her journey of discovering her truest self. She recounts several moments in her life where she felt like she ought to express herself a certain way, only to become more and more alienated with her true wants and desires. These millions of little moments cultivated into a marriage where she felt suffocated and terrified, without a way forward.

She found herself drowning in self-doubt, fear, and desperation. As she searched around herself for answers, she only became more confused about what she wanted.

By ending her marriage and stepping out into the unknown with two small children, Michelle risked everything to find out that deep, true, safe love does indeed exist, and her desires are worth fighting for.
