In this special mid-season episode, Rachel and Caitlin share a bit of the behind-the-scenes of the project so far, as well as revisit some concepts that bubbled up from their first episode together.
They further discuss how their different ways of thought have been instrumental in this project, and have helped them grow as hosts and as humans - living in full permission to be their own uniquely authentic selves.
They also revisit the concept of sex as connection, and what that really means, as well as diving deeper into the topic of safety. Caitlin and Rachel both share stories of lack of safety in their own marriages, and how they grew through those experiences.
Finally, they chat about the concept of “doing the work” - what it is, what it looks like, and why it’s essential to living life to the fullest. Caitlin shares an exciting venture that she’s beginning, along with the opportunity for others to join her in this work.
